Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed after your order has entered the shipping process. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.

Refunds for cancelled orders typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times. We recommend monitoring your payment method for the refund credit. If you do not see the refund after 7 business days, please refer to our "Late or Missing Refunds" section for further assistance.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation email.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, custom products, and items marked as final sale. Please review your product details carefully before making a purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you received a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For returns that qualify for free return shipping, we will provide a prepaid return label.

The time it takes for your refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider's policies. Credit card refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process after being issued by our company.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We will investigate the matter and work with our payment processor to resolve any issues. Please include your order number, the date of purchase, and the payment method used in your communication.
